This landmark, tri-party collaboration marks the first-ever international alliance for the esteemed FinTech Professional certification. Together, we are building a global bridge for talent development, creating a new gold standard for FinTech education that transcends borders.

Addressing the Global FinTech Talent Gap

Financial technology is undeniably a core driver of the global economy. From banking and securities to insurance and asset management, FinTech innovation is accelerating at an unprecedented pace. However, this rapid growth has created a critical challenge: a global shortage of qualified professionals is limiting the industry's potential.

Recognizing this gap, the SHMFTPP-ICI, which is backed by the Shenzhen Fintech Association, has built a powerful foundation over the last seven years. Its FTPP certification has become a respected standard, with leading institutions like Nankai University, Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), and Sun Yat-sen University already integrating it into their curriculums and cultivating over 200 certified professionals. This network is expanding to include renowned institutions in Hong Kong and Macau, such as The Chinese University of Hong Kong and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
